These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all photography and videography services provided by Powerzoom, trading under the names ItalyWeddingShoot.com and Trouwseizoen (“the Photographer”), to any client (“the Client”). By booking the Photographer, the Client agrees to these Terms in full.

2.3 Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the retainer and a signed contract.

3. Cancellation & Postponement

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.
3.2 The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.3 If the Client postpones the event, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
3.4 In the event of cancellation by the Photographer due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded in full, and no further liability shall be incurred.

4. Coverage & Delivery

4.1 The Photographer will make every effort to provide comprehensive coverage of the event. However, no specific image or composition is guaranteed.
4.2 Editing and post-production are performed at the Photographer’s discretion.
4.3 Final edited images will be delivered within [8 weeks] from the event date, via an online gallery or another agreed method.
4.4 Raw (unedited) files remain the property of the Photographer and will not be provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

5.1 The Photographer retains the full copyright to all images produced.
5.2 The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use (e.g., printing, sharing, and online posting).
5.3 The Client may not sell, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without written consent from the Photographer.
5.4 The Photographer reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the Client explicitly objects in writing prior to the event.

6. Client Responsibility

6.1 The Client shall ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained for photography at the chosen venue(s).
6.2 The Photographer will not be held responsible for restrictions imposed by venue management or other officials.
6.3 The Client agrees to cooperate and ensure all subjects are available for photographs as needed.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury, loss, or damage beyond the Photographer’s control, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all payments received.
7.2 The Photographer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or equipment failure.

9. Data Protection

The Photographer will collect and store personal data only as necessary for service delivery, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
